Medicines work best when they are stored properly. Heat, light and damp can make them less effective, and medicines left within reach are a real danger to children.
- Keep medicines in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — not in the bathroom or a hot car.
- Store them high up and out of sight of children.
- Keep them in their original packaging with the leaflet.
- Refrigerate only if the label says so.
- Check expiry dates regularly and bring old medicines to us for safe disposal.
