Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how your health information is protected.

Please review this page. It was written as a sensible starting point for a Kenyan pharmacy. Change anything that does not match how you work, and delete this note once you are happy with it.

This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it. Health information deserves particular care and we treat it that way.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email, and what you bought.
  • When you upload a prescription: the image or file itself, and what you tell us alongside it.
  • When you write to us: your message and how to reply to it.
  • When you subscribe: your email address.

How prescriptions are stored

Prescription files are kept outside the public media library, with names nobody can guess, and the folder is closed to direct access. Only signed-in pharmacy staff can open them. They are not attached to emails unless you ask us to send you a copy.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share your health information with advertisers. We do not use what you bought to target you with advertising elsewhere.

Who else sees it

Only the people who have to: our pharmacy team, our payment provider when you pay, and the courier when we deliver. Each of them sees only the part they need.

How long we keep it

Order and dispensing records are kept for as long as the law requires a pharmacy to keep them. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to the email address in the footer and we will reply.
