Advice on this website is general
The articles and product pages here are written to be helpful, but they cannot take the place of advice from a pharmacist or doctor who knows your situation. Nothing here is a diagnosis. If you feel seriously unwell, seek medical help straight away rather than reading.
Prescription medicines
We dispense prescription-only medicines against a valid prescription and nothing else. We may refuse an order, ask for more information, or contact the prescriber where a pharmacist judges it necessary. That judgement is final and it is there to keep you safe.
Orders and prices
- An order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we confirm it.
- We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a price was listed in error. You get a full refund if that happens.
- Prices include tax where tax applies, and exclude delivery unless we say otherwise.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
The affiliate programme
Affiliates may not make medical claims, may not bid on our name in paid advertising, and may not promote prescription-only medicines. Commission is paid on wellness and over-the-counter products only, and we may withhold it where an order is refunded or where these rules are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
